“As Head of Planning/Partner of Grabarz & Partner in Hamburg, Germany, it has been my great pleasure to work closely with Ina Ernesti on some of our accounts like Volkswagen and Vapiano. Ina has been extremely valued at Grabarz & Partner for her design competence, her concept strength, her assumption of responsibility, and her never-ending enthusiam! Her work, in particular on the Volkswagen Luxury Brand account as well as for the Vapiano Brand, based in 23 countries, has been exceptional. For me as a planner it was a great pleasure to work with Ina, as she is a very open-minded, solution-oriented, inspiring and collaborative character – traits which are from enormous value in current and future advertising times. I recommend her immensely for any role that requires taking on responsibility, award-winning design and world-class creative thinking! Personally, I wish her all the best for the future.”

“Ina is a natural design talent. Her discipline and approach are based in all design disciplines, print, packaging, CRM, web etc. In particular she was significantly involved in creating the Mercedes-Benz „Flickr book“ and was the lead designer on that project, which won a Cannes Lion for the Jung von Matt CRM unit. What sets her apart as a creative leader, however, is her unique ability to present, listen to and persuade clients, and I am convinced that Ina is a creative we will hear much about in the future.”
